Yes, within 4 business days you will receive a tracking number in your email. If you have not received one, please do contact us.

WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?
We process all orders in GBP. If you are located in another country, during checkout your order will automatically be converted at the current exchange rate.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12hrs of placing the order.

You are free to return your non-personalised products within 30 days as long as it is unused or broken and in its original packaging. Read our full refund policy for more information.

Due to the nature of personalised products we unfortunately can't cancel or offer returns for personalised products. We only offer replacements.
